Led by one of our expert butchers, this class focuses on BBQ-ready meat cuts that deliver flavour and impact. You’ll learn how to spatchcock a chicken, trim onglet steak, and break down a rack of pork ribs - all ideal for charcoal grilling and open-flame cooking. Best of all, you’ll take your butchered cuts home with you, ready to cook your own summer BBQ feast.
Once the hard work is done, we’ll fire up the Big Green Egg and serve a relaxed, flavour-packed BBQ dining experience in London, showcasing the best of British meat. Expect smoked beef brisket, lamb belly skewers, peri-peri chicken, and smoky barbecue beans - rounded off with a proper pudding and a glass (or two) of wine.
