Tender and delicate in flavour, lamb kidneys are a traditional offal cut that has long been valued in British cooking. Their fine texture and rich taste make them equally suited to simple preparations or slow-cooked dishes.

Sourced from free-range Suffolk-Texel cross lambs reared around Launceston in Cornwall, they are carefully prepared by our butchers and packed fresh.

Excellent devilled and served on toast, they also work well in pies, stews and casseroles, where they add richness and depth. A classic nose-to-tail ingredient that continues to earn its place in both restaurant and home kitchens.

Each pack contains 4 kidneys.

Our lamb is free range and comes from Launceston in Cornwall. Our most common breed is a Suffolk Texel cross. These animals have been reared in the West Country, to the highest welfare standards.
