Made with free-range British pork and freshly chopped leeks, these sausages are filled into natural hog casings for a traditional texture and bite. The mild sweetness of the leeks complements the richness of the pork, creating a well-balanced sausage that's full of flavour without being overly seasoned.

Our pork comes from Hampshire cross Duroc and Large White pigs reared outdoors in Suffolk and on the South Downs, producing pork with excellent flavour and eating quality.

Ideal for roasting, pan-frying or barbecuing, these sausages are particularly good in toad in the hole, sausage casseroles or served simply with mash and onion gravy.

For best results grill from fresh for 16-18 mins on a medium heat. Turn occasionally. 
Check product is piping hot before serving.

Our main pig breed is a Hampshire cross Duroc. These pigs are crossed due to their ability to withstand the British weather, but also for their fat covering and tender meat-eating qualities.

The pigs are free-range and are born and spend their whole lives outside, overlooking the South Downs and the Brighton coastline. They are fed on a natural diet, free of growth promotors or growth hormones, that consists primarily of cereal (wheat and barley), with minerals and vitamins making up the rest.
