Our lamb ribs are meaty and tender, perfect for making sticky ribs to share with friends or family. We like to marinate our lamb ribs in honey, soy sauce and gochujang for a couple of hours before finishing in a hot oven or BBQ!
Our lamb is free range and comes from Launceston in Cornwall. Our most common breed is a Suffolk Texel cross. These animals have been reared in the West Country, to the highest welfare standards.
