Cut from the rump, this compact roasting joint combines the tenderness of a prime cut with the full flavour associated with lamb. A fine covering of fat helps protect the meat during cooking, keeping it juicy while developing a well-browned exterior.

Our free-range Suffolk-Texel cross lamb is sourced from farms around Launceston in Cornwall, where the animals are reared on rich pasture to the highest welfare standards.

Ideal for two people, lamb rump is equally at home in the oven or on the barbecue. Cook over a high heat and serve pink to make the most of its tenderness and texture.

Each rump weighs approximately 500g, with a minimum weight of 450g.
