Lamb Shanks


Lamb shanks are a rich cut with gelatinous sinew which breaks down during slow cooking, creating a fabulous flavour. Cook in a big pot with lots of veggies, stock and a generous glug of wine.

Our lamb is free range and comes from Launceston in Cornwall. Our most common breed is a Suffolk Texel cross. These animals have been reared in the West Country, to the highest welfare standards.
